It’s always baffled me how even in the best hotels, the check in process can be so laborious and frustrating. Surely, in this day when everything is focused on user experience the check in process should be the start of a positive user experience, however, it very rarely is… but wait no more! Once again Apple to the rescue. Integrating its technology to revolutionise behaviours within the travel and tourism industry to create a seamless, awesome user experience… is this really the end of the anger room frustration?
