Accord Healthcare – AI Masterclass Workshop

Summary

How do you bring a regional marketing team from uncertainty to AI confidence in just one morning? 

That was the brief from Accord Healthcare when they approached CI Group to deliver an immersive, hands-on workshop for their EMENA marketers. The goal? Demystify Generative AI, showcase its business potential, and give their team the practical skills and mindset to start using AI tools safely, creatively and effectively – from the get-go. 

The Value We Created

In a single session, CI Group transformed how Accord’s marketing teams think about AI – turning it from something abstract and intimidating into a practical, intuitive tool they’re ready to use. We brought the latest tools to life, from ChatGPT-4o and Perplexity to SORA and NotebookLM, and showed exactly how they can use audience insights to drive idea generation and create content at scale. 

With expert support and practical tools like the RISEN prompting method, teams created sector-specific, AI-powered brand assets tailored to new products and regional markets in just under 45 minutes. 

The Problem We Solved

We built a high-energy, fully interactive AI Masterclass tailored to regional team of marketers, specifically for the pharmaceutical, veterinary and OTC market. The agenda combined inspiration with action, balancing demos, discussions, and hands-on creation: 

 

  • Welcome to AI Evolution: We kicked off the event by highlighting the latest evolutions in AI and how businesses are actively leveraging technology.  These insights showed real-world impact and innovation, immediately engaging the audience with the relevance and momentum of AI developments. 
  • Prompting Power: We introduced the RISEN framework to help teams write smarter prompts for better outputs – giving them a repeatable method for high-quality AI results
  • Brand Build Challenge: Teams created full campaigns for fictional products, using AI to research audiences, generate creative, and build assets in real time – culminating in presentations of campaign ideas.
