The Problem We Solved

Royal Caribbean wanted to set themselves apart in the ultra-competitive cruise sector through a B2B channel engagement & reward programme.​

How We Did It?

CI Group proposed a multi-tiered reward programme encompassing rewards against sales, accelerators, ‘money can’t buy’ event access (Brit Awards or Ship launches), and brand partner offers. ​

Due to the success of the market-leading incentive platform, CI Group expanded Club Royal to be an all-encompassing one stop shop, giving travel agents access to all the tools that they need to sell a Royal Caribbean cruise in one place, Club Royal.​

Today, the solution CI Group provides to Royal Caribbean has expanded to include gamified incentives, eLearning, a Recognition/Nomination programme, Sales & Marketing Tool Kit & co-marketing asset creation/submission.

The success of the programme in the UK & Ireland has led to an EMEA rollout – set to be delivered in the autumn of 2020.​
