As industry leaders in incentive and engagement initiatives, CI Group launched the Champions of Change programme for Microsoft in 2016. Over 4 years, we have continued to deliver best in class, practical product training and sales enablement.​

Value We Created

Microsoft’s brief asked that all partners in the UK be enabled to sell Microsoft Cloud Solutions through a subscription solution rather than a one-time box sale. ​

We devised and deliver a programme of training days around the UK that up-skill Microsoft partners, improving their knowledge of Microsoft’s core business solutions from Office 365 to Windows 10 Pro.

Our programme not only gives partners the understanding and skills they require, but through hands-on training and support enables them to build pipelines there and then.

How We Did It?

It started with the content – working closely with Microsoft to create a package designed to promote and reward a change of behaviour in the reseller market.

It now entails several hundred sales floor days each year, a web portal that supports those activities and engages partners beyond the initial contact. We reward partners based on the value that they deliver through leads and customers.

Last year alone we trained over 2,500 individuals and the programme generated a pipeline of over £40m.
